Pre-registration/remaining single player - $200

   - You were refunded your initial fees for a single player and need to repay 308 United and will pay your 2nd half on or before 3/1 

   - OR you were NOT refunded any money but need to pay your 2nd haf player fee on or before 3/1

Full Team Fee - $400

   - You were refunded your initial fees and would like to pay ALL 1st and 2nd payments at once.

Pre-registration 2 players - $400

   - You were refunded your initial fees and have 2 players on teams & need to repay 308 United with plays to pay the remaining $200 on or before 3/1

Remaining Player fee 2 players - $200

   - You were NOT refunded any money but need to
